So I recently came off my contraceptive pill as I could tell it wasn’t agreeing with me anymore and I have decided I’m not going back on the pill and will use alternatives. However since I came off the pill, my period has been so irregular. I started my period on the 28th November and finished on the 2nd December. However, I started bleeding again on the 6th December and still am. Has anyone else experienced this when coming off the pill? I’m pretty sure it’s hormonal imbalance and it’s trying to balance itself, but can anyone give me any advice how to prevent this? Thanks! :)
