Hello, I would be glad if someone could advice me on my big worries as to what i should do next. Over 7 months ago, after having a surgical abortion i was told not to have sex with my partner for two weeks, Unfortunately we had sex 3 days after . Ever since that time I started getting pain below my tummy in my lower back and inside my groin. the next day i also had 1 large clot come out if me. I was put on antibiotics so many times by my gp which didn’t help at one point i was even given antibiotics to treat pid but that didnt help too! My first period after the op i had a lot of spotting and the colour of the period was different to what it used to be. i was put on the mini pill. i have Spotting until now with my periods but not sure if its because of the pill or not. I had to have 3 transvaginal ultrasounds because they found a fluid filled cyst on one of my ovaries that was not going away so had to monitor it. They said i didn’t need to have anymore ultrasounds as theres nothing there! My gp then sent me for an ultrasound of my kidneys and uterus which was also fine. Can someone please advice me what do next. Thank you
