Bleeding week after period

Period ended on the 22nd, I had some spotting yesterday and bleeding this morning. Anyone else have this and do you know what caused it?

Perimenopause- I have had many episodes like this in last 2 years. I have realised that what I think is spotting is actually very light period instead and then it bleeds light to medium. It feels like 2 periods but is one period which last 2 weeks.

Any chance you may be pregnant? Could be implantation bleeding, if so you could test in a week or so x

I'm 28, should have said. Surely not perimenopause 😦 And definitely not pregnant, single and haven't been with anyone this year. Started bleeding again so will phone GP tomorrow. Thanks for the replies!

Yeah probably worth getting it checked then as very very worst case could be a sign that there’s something going on with your cervix. But most likely just be your body trying to freak you out, our bodies are so complicated 😂

Did you speak to the GP, @Christmasbiscuit? I’ve been having similar issues for the last few months, but was fobbed off by the GP who called me...

GP sent me for a blood test. I'll update if anything comes back. Hope you're OK @OrigamiParrot
