Hello,

Does anyone have a PFE that they would recommend please? There's the fancy Elvie one which you squeeze when it vibrates. The there's PFEs that are basically a TENS machine. I used one of these after baby 3 and it helped it switch the muscles back on. Would that type of machine be useful now that the muscles do work but just need some training?

I could just be a bit more disciplined about my kegels but I feel like a need a training programme to get me to actually do it.

many thanks xxx

Just download the squeezy app then the training programme is on your phone. I wouldn’t want to rely on a machine to keep such important muscles working effectively tbh. So many older ladies have continence issues / leaking because they haven’t done PFE.

I think i'd like something that is capable of measuring how much i'm squeezing and if i'm doing it right. otherwise i'm worried that i'll just be practising my errors and not actually getting any stronger. or doing some damage...
