Any experiences and ideas of why this could have happened? My last cycle was 19 days. Usually very regular 26-29 day cycles and predictable 1-2 days heavy with one day of cramps. This time it is unusually heavy for more days, pain comes and goes but more extreme like when I was a teenager.
Maybe it's a one off? Could stress cause this? I don't see how I could have ovulated with such a short cycle. What does it say about fertility?
