I had a baby 6 months ago, breast feeding, periods not returned yet. The last month I’ve had intermittent period like pain, a dull and almost constant ache in pelvis and lower back. I noticed it a few weeks back, then perhaps eased off but now present for about a week. My guess is that this is part of the shift towards periods returning, but can’t find much about it, anyone experienced the same?
