Talk to me about period pants

Can I get some opinions/reviews/recommendations on period underwear please.

There are so many on the market and I have no idea what to go for.

I have a very heavy flow for 1/2 days then it is very light for about another 3 days.

Any experienced period pant wearers point me in the right direction?

I have innersey , bought it from Amazon. They are good if you want to combine them with your regular period products as they protect you from leakage but cannot be used alone on its own. For me the pros of using these over others is that they are cotton and they don't stain (you need to pre rinse in cold water and then use normal wash cycle), they fit well (I chose a size up) and is available both low rise and high rise (I prefer the low rise).
I have tried Modibodi which is to be used on its own. I personally hate it, it doesn't leak but I hate the wet feeling (it goes away in seconds) but I simply can't take it. The material is okay.
