Lump/spot on leg- what is it?

Hello, can anyone please give me some idea what this might be. I have two on my left leg, one on my knee, one on my shin. They don't hurt, they don't have puss in and feel like a hard large spot. Thanks 😊

I had something similar looking which GP said was a dermatofibroma? It went after a couple of months.

It's always worth getting new growths checked out though
