Mirena 2020 Removal and Discussion

Hello
I need some help/ advice. Please if anyone could help me I’d be really grateful. I’m feeling desperate.
I had a Mirena coil fitted 2 years ago (Oct 2018) at a hospital by an experienced gynaecologist. I’ve felt different ever since, lower sex drive, irritable and fatter and fatter month on month putting on the lbs without altering how I eat or my exercise levels. I had it taken out eventually (I’ve been trying for 6 months) last week 9 days ago. Since then I initially bled bright red blood then it changed to muddy discharge. I feel dreadful. So unhappy and really bloated. Can’t stop drinking water as thirsty all the time. When I go for a wee it’s bright yellow like when you’re dehydrated but I’m clearly not. I called the GP who was rude and told me it was a myth that I’ve put on weight and that maybe I just have a cold. I’m shattered. Feel like I need a sleep mid afternoon and I have to work so am feeling really low. Bowel movements are all over the place. Has anyone had these issues (I’ve read a lot about women in the US). How long do they last? Will the weight come off? What can help? I’ve tried evening primrose and am taking women specific vitamins and minerals to try to help but feel really awful. I don’t suffer with pms but feel so tearful and hate how I look. If anyone has any advice please let me know. Thank you in advance

It could be a UTI you can get them without the burning and make you feel rubbish this might explain the strong coloured Urine.

Thanks but why would the GP not have mentioned this as a possibility ?
