I have found a harder roundish lump in my breast. Could it just be a firmer nodule? Is that a thing? It is in the bottom half of my left breast. It moves around but I can't find anything else hard like this in either breast. It aches a little but I'm not sure if that is from the prodding? I can find it when I'm standing up not so much when I'm lying down. Anyone else had similar? Should I get it checked?
