Breast cancer at 32?

I'm panic stricken...

I've always had lumpy breasts, had lots of lumps previously and lots of ultrasound checks.

So I had a pain that could only be described as a burning pain when I moved my arm in a certain direction, a week later it wasn't like this anymore and felt more like a bruise but with no bruise to be seen.

I was seen by a nurse practitioner who has referred me for the 2 week check. She said she felt a lump, I can't feel anything other than my regular tissue lumps but thesis now swelling and the pain remains.

Anyone give me honest truths? Reassuring or not... I need more info.

I'm 32 and a mum of two and I feel sick with worry :(
