Very painful dry sore scaly skin under breasts

I developed dry sore hard red skin on the inside of my elbows a few days ago and yesterday I woke up to this under my boobs :( it’s very sore couldn’t sleep properly last night it was so painful! Has anyone had this before? Not sure what it is!

If your elbow and underboob are the same thing show your pharmacist your arm tomorrow and see what they suggest?

My overnight go-to would be sudocreme.

I think that's a fungal infection. Do you have any Canestan cream? If you have I'd use that for a few days and see if it improves. If you haven't got any and don't want to go out you can order it from Amazon or a chemist like Boots.

I have psoriasis and when I have it underarm and under boob it looks like that rather than traditional white scales normally associated with the condition

Ive had this. Canesten clears it up in a few days. Its a fungal sweat rash similar to athletes foot

I have the same thing!!! What did you end up doing to get rid of it????????? It's red and it dries up and flakes like after a sunburn. No pain but itch and redness. Help!

Wash thoroughly and dry carefully, patting gently. Then apply canesten cream morning and night and it will clear. Once it clear, after showering put on a bit of baby powder and a spritz of anti perspirant. It will keep it dry and stop it happening again. Make sure your bra fits properly.

I had similar in the summer and applyed germolene/antiseptic, it was gone within a week, and made sure I properly dried the area after washing. But the fact that you have it else where suggests you might need it looked at.

For tonight I'd apply sudo/canestan/ antiseptic whichever you have to hand and visit a pharmacy tomorrow.

How long did it take to clear after you got the antifungal? I got some yesterday and no imporvments as of yet. It's red and when it dries and crusts up like yours. Same thing literally.

I had my son in September and noticed it when I left the hospital (didn't have it before) and assumed it would go away. Then my husband yesterday reminds me I have this red patch under my boob since it doesn't bother me and I forgot about it and I'm like I need to do something about this. It's been like 6 weeks!!!!
