I need some advice from all you experienced menstrual cup users out there!
Have finally decided to get a cup and online quiz recommended saalt one.
I can fold it and insert no problem. It says it should pop open and, if I can feel a fold still to twist it until it opens.
Now I twisted and twisted that damn thing like it was a merry go round but I couldn't get it to pop open. One of the walls of the cup was still folded! What am I doing wrong? Any advice? Or do I just have a weird shaped fandago? Would the fact I have a mild bladder prolapse affect it opening? Thanks in advance!
