I know some women have this problem. I never knew what it was, doctor told me its ovulation pain.
I later realised I get really bad trapped wind. This time I had it the pain was so intense felt nauseous as well and slighlt vomit because hadn't eatne anything in the morning.
used to take buscopan in the past for pain. Now don't take any medicines not even paracetamol due to side effects. I've recently started tea again wondering if thats caused the pain? i don't get it every month and some months its really bad.
Anyone know how to prevent this or what to do to not let it flare up?
