Preg/AF symptoms

How do you distinguish early pregnancy symptoms and period symptoms? I'm driving myself mad!

Ovulated on 28/29 and DTD the 30th, so I'm 6DPO. Currently have very sore and heavy boobs, sensitive nipples and they feel firmer too and have done since Monday. Had bad cramp and back ache for about 3 days and last night pain on the right side and moving over to the left, now I have a head. AF isn't due for 9 days but I just have a feeling its going to come early because I feel it's too early for these symptoms to be pregnant.

Advice ladies?

Unfortunately you can't tell them apart, they're the same and it's horrible! Only thing you can do is test closer to when AF is due. Good luck xx
