I’m four months postpartum. Induced at 37+3 weeks. Quick labour. One tear, no stitches, 7lb 14oz baby. All been ok since. Slight difficulty passing bowel at first, in as much as I could feel full bowel pushing more towards vagina. Better now though, pretty much back to normal. Been for a wee just now and found a fatty, gristly mass come away as I wiped. A little blood there, a bit vessel looking. About the size of a pea. No pain or discomfort. Going to call GP in morning. Anyone else had this or know what it might be?
