Hi I have a prolapse and had my 3rd physio appointment today. When I got home there was a bit of blood when I wiped and felt sore should I worry? I emailed her and she said she thought it was from the massage she did.
Had a baby a year ago with forceps so all a bit sore still round there.
I went to a gynaecologist a few weeks ago which said everything looked fine but worried about having sex now. We have only had it a few times this year as I’m so scared.
