I am so tired of one thing after another! (TMI PIC)

I've had about a year of recurrent UTIs and am now on antibiotics to take every time I have sex.

Then I had the worst thrush of my life that lasted over a week using pessary, tablet, cream then a week of fluconazole

Then BV which I treated daily for a week

This is all alongside intermittent bleeding every few days, without warning, but it will just pour out when I pee and then stop

Then finally this came out of me yesterday, it's like a show you get in labour!!!

Any ideas? Or advice would be great thank you

How old are you ? Are you peri menopausal?

How old are you? Post menopause bleeding is more serious but intermittent bleeding isn’t right, or a discharge. Please see your GP ASAP.

I don't normally have discharge but I found that in my knickers!

I've got a gynaecologist appointment in October. My mirena should've been changed in august under GA with a hysteroscopy, but due to covid I'm still waiting
