Going to try get in the dr's tomorrow but just wanted to see if anyone has experienced the same and the outcome of it. My pelvic area (feels like my ovaries) is burning. Its quite a intense pain with a burning sensation. Anyone experience this before?

I currently have that, whenever I say to people that it is like burning pain, they think I mean a UTI. But like yours it's across my pelvis and ovary area. Did you go to the doctors?

Hi @Someone1987. Yes. I had swabs done that showed nothing so currently waiting for an hospital appointment to have a scan on my ovaries. Ive had UTI's and the pain/discomfort is different to the pain im experiencing now. It really is a burning pain. Dr had no idea what could be causing this Confused just hoping im not waiting to long for my scan appointment.

@sarah8484 I had the swabs and also a blood test. Which then showed up a high ca125 level so I was referred for a two week urgent referral for a scan and thank goodness there was no tumour, but my ovaries are large and polycystic. Do you have PCOS or anything like that? So I still don't know the cause of my pain. I wondered about endometriosis which can only be diagnosed through a laparoscopy. My next step is another blood test and then my GP going to ask advice from gynaecologists as to what to do if it's still high. Living with this constant burning pain with no apparent cause does get you down. How long have you had it?

@sarah8484 and @Someone1987 I know this is an old post, but just wondering if you found out what this burning feeling was? I'm having the same feeling, I've had it off and on for a while now and worried it's affecting ttc...
