Over the past year PMS has deteriorated and now I get rages of anger and depression that last for around 5 days, and usually a migraine for 4 days after
I've been given amitripin for migraine and seeing doctor later for proflaxatjne. Also have co codomol
What treatment do others get for the PMD? Reading online looks like a hormone spray ? My mood plummets off a cliff and I basically can't cope. It's awful.
