Fallopian tube lesion - any advice :(

Hi all,

Hope someone can help or give some reassurance :(
I'll try explain succinctly - lucky to have a healthy baby boy 20 months old. Had a miscarriage in February, following this I had left sided abdominal pain and urinary problems. Had an abdominal ultrasound, which showed 7cm cyst on left ovary. 12 week follow up ultrasounds (transvaginal) showed it had gone, but there was a 2.5cm mass 'with central cystic area' around my right Fallopian tube, they couldn't work out what it is
Had an mri last week which just got the report, says that I have a 'Fallopian tube legion' 2.7cm and it's solid. My gynaecologist will follow it up at the hospital next week and discuss the report and let me know what they think in about 10 days. I also had ca125, beta hcg and alpha fetoprotein bloods done but thankfully these were normal. He did also say because I didn't have a contrast dye when I had the mri maybe it wasn't fully clear
However since googling the fact it's solid is making me worry about cancer and fertility issues, what if it ruptures :( he also said I may need a laprascopy (?) if they can't see what it is and a biopsy. I'm terrified of being put to sleep and needles etc

Has anyone experienced similar or have any knowledge of this. :(

Thank you for reading x
