I have a 22 month old who is still breastfed. My right boob is tender, mainly my nipple and the area around it is sore. It feels bruised. It's not hard or red. I don't feel unwell. I had mastitis when he was a newborn but nothing since. Will it clear on its own? I had antibiotics last time but I was very unwell with it.
