Anyone use a pelvic floor trainer? I've just turned 41 and feel quite "leaky" down thereBlush does anyone use a pelvic trainer? Any recommendations

No idea about devices but this was recommended by a physio to be set to five second holds, 2 seconds rest in between to be done 4 x a day. The difference in just 3 weeks was life changing -ongoing obviously. If you are really struggling then you could ask the dr for a referral to pelvic floor physio but it’s never too late to do the exercises.
