Feeling movement in my stomach but not pregnant

So over the last week or so I've been getting these weird movements in my stomach almost like kicks from a little one as I was recently pregnant so I know this feeling, but I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant? And it's 100% not wind (what other people were putting on someone else's post) as I've had wind/trapped gas before I know what this feels like and this is like movement and it's near to my ribs most of the time:/ anyone know what it could be? I saw online something about stomach spasms? Just very strange

When did you take a test?

Laurenxoxo · 26/08/2020 23:30

I think I took one only a couple of days ago..

I get this quite often and there's no way on this Earth I would be pregnant I put it down to muscle spasms/bowl, but if there's a chance take another test in a few days/ if you're late

Just weird though because it's says online you don't start feeling movement until you are 13 weeks ( for second baby) and if I was that far pregnant shouldn't it definitely be showing up on a test ? As I last found out I was pregnant when I just 3 weeks?

I think this can happen after you've recently been pregnant? I had it for a while. Anecdotally it seems to be quite common. If you search phantom pregnancy kicks and such it will come up. That's one possible explanation, anyway.

Yea I have also felt some movements since being pregnant (2 years ago) and I'm definitely not pregnant but thought how similar it felt to the baby movements.
