I got my period which started a couple of days ago how ever it was quite late which had never happened before, iv had the copper coil fitted for around 18 months now and not really bad any issues with it besides heavier bleeding.... so anyways I came on my period and it got heavy and was heavy yesterday and last night I got a pain which came on quickly low down in my left side which almost felt like ovulation pain but a bit stronger and didn’t last as long! And of course it’s completely wrong timing for ovulation pain, after it stopped it moved into my back and around my side but staying very low down. I took pain killers and used my hot water bottle and fell asleep, I woke up a couple of times during the night and it wasn’t there, so iv woken up and got up for the toilet and the pain in my lower back has came straight back, it’s not sever but it’s nagging!! Any ideas anyone at all?? Iv never had this before, it’s also 7:30am and my doctor surgery is closed for another hour
