Cellulitis on old Mastectomy Scar

I developed Cellulitis on my Lymphadema arm yesterday.
Started Antibiotics this morning.
Just noticesd that the Cellulitis is now going across my chest over a 5 year old Mastcectomy scar.

Any advice please
