Horrible period

Just want to sulk! I've had trouble on and off since my second baby two years ago. I was anemic in February after a period from hell. I've built my iron back up. Symptoms seem to worse in regards to period pain and feeling rubbish in general since lockdown.

Last week my left ovary was achy and irritated. I've had scans and stuff six months ago. All is clear apparently. Any how the pain in my ovary has led to the period from hell.

I've got achy ovaries.
My womb area is tender to touch
I've got pain that comes and goes in my back.
I'm bleeding heavily. Can feel it running out.
I feel abit sick
My shoulders are tense and sore
My head's threatening to ache.

Aghhhh I wish I could just pull my womb out some days!

Did you see a gynae six months ago?.

I would keep a daily pain and symptom diary if you do not already do this as it could give a gynae clues. Building up your iron levels as you have done is only part of it, you need to find out what is causing this too.

By the way endometriosis if it is present (and given your symptoms this cannot be ruled out, ongoing painful periods) is not detected on internal ultrasound scans or blood tests.
