Hysterectomy advice please

I’d very much appreciate any advice on this please.
I’m on the NHS waiting list for a hysterectomy due to endometriosis, fibroids and two very bad uterine ruptures alongside two csections.
The plan is to keep my ovaries. I’m 41.
My question is that every month when I ovulate, I am so poorly. Nausea, cramps, stabbing pain, the runs, exhaustion etc it’s so hideous though only lasts 24 hours.
Would you fight for removal of the ovaries too or will I not suffer as badly after the partial hysterectomy?
Thanks in advance to anyone able to offer advice 😊

Keeping your ovaries may necessitate them being removed going forward as those would continue to "seed" the endometriosis deposits. I would be having further discussions with the gynae about this matter before deciding.
