Dent in breast?

About 6 years ago I had lost around 5st and I noticed a little dent in my right breast but just assumed it was due to the weight loss. I guess I thought maybe I should see someone but because I was only 25 at the time I didn’t. Probably because I feared the worse!

I have read an article this morning about a woman finding out she had cancer from a dent and now I’m feeling so stupid I didn’t get checked out sooner! I’ve tried to book a drs app for today but they are only taking emergency apps so got to call again in the morning.

Anyone else who has had a dent been given good news?

Six years is a looooong time. Tbh, you’d probably have noticed other symptoms since then as it would have progressed, such as a lump either in your breast or in your armpit, reddening if the skin or discharge from your nipple . You should still get it checked out, but such a long timescale with nothing but a dent (which I assume from your post has stayed the same?) suggests it’s just that, a dent.
I found a small limp last autumn. My hair is only just growing back, and I now have scars where my boobs used to be. 😔

If nothing has happened in 6 years it's probably fine.

Agree you should get it checked out, but don't worry too much. (Easy for me to say.)

I had a weird rash and scaliness a little while ago and was referred and that was all fine. I was obviously stressing while waiting for the appointment but it was okay.
