Hi, I’ve just purchased the Kegel 8 Ultra. I simply cant do manual toning as my muscles are shot and the sensation of squeezing kinda goes through me Confused. Does anyone have any reviews to share after the 12week program? Also, I’d it normal to feel mild contractions in lower abdomen after using? Smile

Thanks

I've purchased one too.
I am also looking for help!
What programs are you looking to use and how often?

I’ve been using one for about 3 weeks now (missed about 2 days but other than that I’ve used it twice every day) and I’m seeing results already I think... I didn’t have any continence issues but prolapse after childbirth and a general feeling of everything being a bit lax. Things are feeling better already but obviously I’m going to complete the 12 weeks. And yes I’ve sometimes had a bit of a mild crampy feeling after use, though not always. Maybe you’re setting the MA’s a little high? I’m on about 40 now, started at about 25.

@NC866 how long do you use it for each day? Before I buy one I’m just wondering when I’ll fit it in to my day, but its good to know its helping. I have the same issues as you.

@AnxiousFTM I do a programme that takes 30 minutes twice a day for 3 days, then a programme that takes 45 minutes twice a day for 2 days, then back to the 30 minute etc etc... that’s what they recommend for prolapse. It’s a commitment for 12 weeks but after that you only need to use it 2-3 times a week. The evening one is fine because I just go to bed a bit earlier and do it while I read etc, the morning one is trickier with dc I find because they are up early. Luckily as we’re both working from home at the moment my husband just keeps the kids downstairs while I do the morning one. You can supposedly use it while you’re moving about and doing stuff but I find that awkward and prefer to lie down while I use it. It only took a few days to get in the swing of it and I make sure I find the time as I want to give it a proper go and try my best to improve my prolapse, I’m 4 weeks in now and I can feel improvement.
