Has anyone suffered from a prolapse and can give some positive support? My boy was born 15 weeks ago and my pelvic floor has been absolutely fine until about 2 weeks ago when I went back to exercising and probably over did my workouts. Now I’m 95% sure I’ve prolapsed. I’m distraught at the fact my foof is ruined. I’m doing my pelvic floor exercises as much as I can (3-5 times a day for the past few days) will doing the exercises alone reverse it?
