Hello,
I was on birth control for about 10 years and decided to come off it in March, and since then I've been having cycles with ovulation spotting that usually lasts a couple of days. However, over the past two months, the spotting starting post ovulation and has been continuing till I actually get my period. It's not heavy, but I do need to wear a liner. I've had an ultrasound done as per my gyno's request, and the results came back all clear.
Has anyone else experienced this month's after stopping birth control?
Please advise!
