Breast clinic appointment with implants

Anybody been to the breast clinic to be checked and had implants in? I've found what I think are some lumps and went to gp yesterday. Appointment at the hospital is on Monday, just wondering if things are likely to be difficult with the implants in. I've also read that you can get calcifications around implants that can look like cancer even if it's not. Quite scared at the thought of going. I'm also 22 weeks pregnant and pretty anxious anyway

Not difficult at all, they do their normal examination and then sent me for an ultrasound, they will have come across many women with implants. Try not to worry most lumps are benign and as you have several likely it’s just breast changes because you are pregnant. I hope your appointment goes well OP.

@ZaraCarmichaelshighheels thanks for replying. I'm actually not sure if it isn't the actual implant I'm feeling. It's so hard to tell what's what!

Mine are “lumpy” because they are textured implants I can also feel the edge of them if that makes sense, they are very good at the breast clinic hopefully they will be able to reassure you.
