pelvic inflamtory disease so worried

hi!

I’ve been on precautionary antibiotics for pelvic inflammatory disease. I had bacterial vaginosis around the time of a miscarriage, didn’t think anything of it and then had some slight pains and 4 months later they prescribed the pelvic inflammatory antibiotics in case it had spread though they don’t know if it has. I am so worried there is damage? Does anyone know? If I was infected for four months is that it for me now?

Has anyone got any advice. I’m so sad. I’m not coping.

Just seen your post - im worried about something similar

I've had a miscarriage but the baby stopped growing weeks ago and I had odd UTI symptoms that didn't improve with antibiotics so I'm worried I already had an infection

Did they give you antibiotics? If so which ones?
