Of course I've got a period supposed to start on the day I can finally meet a lover again. Has anyone tried this to delay a period? What was it like?

Not to delay a period, but I had the implant and bled all the time. I tried this to stop the bleeding, no side effects but it only worked for a short time and ended up getting the implant removed.

Yup. It advises three a day, on that dose I felt shit. Period pains and bloating but it worked.

I then dropped it to two as an experiment and side effects lessened, and it still worked. I then went down to one and it still worked.

I think you need to start off with the recommended and then reduce and see if it still works, over a number of months.

Hm.. i just wanted to use it for a one off!

I think it's not a great idea. Mooncup might be better.... thank you.

I've used it a couple of times and felt a bit bloated but nothing too bad. it only really works if you have very regular periods and can start taking it at the right time to delay it.
