Women with endometriosis - do you get a fever related to menstrual cycle?

Would be interested to know. Have been getting sharp pains in right ovary area and all around right hip/side of pelvis, occurring at ovulation and before/during first couple of days of period. Statted a couple of years ago or so. I'm a dr but I probably don't need to say we don't get tons of education about endometriosis! I was wondering this as a possibility. The pains were bad enough to keep me awake for half the night last night and I also have a low grade fever (hovering around 38c, covid swab negative but each time it's happened I've had to self isolate which is a pain). I know endo can cause a fever because of inflammatory response to endometrial tissue where it shouldn't be but don't know how common this is in the real world. Anyone with endo (or gynae specialists), do you get fevers with it? Did doctors take this into account when diagnosing? TIA for replies

I have mild endo and the night before my period starts I get really hot at night. I've never taken my temp, it's very low grade, but it's enough to stop me sleeping properly.

I always have a temperature pre period, along with diarrhoea and vomiting, on top of the pain.
I think that many endo sufferers do have temperature spikes.

Are you keeping a diary of your symptoms?

Thanks for replies. @solomummy I did keep a record a while back of cycle, temp and symptoms. Took it to my GP. They could not give less of a shit. I have anxiety and a previous diagnosis of CFS so find it hard to get symptoms taken seriously. Even though I'm also a doctor. I do need to start keeping an up to date record over next 3 cycles though

As far as I know I don't have endo (have had recent investigations and treatment for fibroids though) but I always feel hotter and often wake up in the night baking hot when my period is due or just started. I think it's a hormone thing? I've never actually checked to see what my temperature is.
