Is it normal to still have no appetite 6 weeks after a c section? Im trying go get myself to eat but everytime i go to try force myself to go and get something nothing appeals to me. I cant remember the last meal i have actually eaten.
Ive been really weak and getting dizzy spells.
The weight is just falling off of me.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Are you on iron tablets op? These made me feel like that and it was horrible, I felt ok when I stopped taking them and just made an effort to eat iron rich foods

No it's not, I had no idea it was a side effect but got told off at about three weeks post c section as I wasn't eating meals. I basically just forced myself to start eating at regular times, off a plate again, and it gradually improved.
