This is quite embarrassing but I’m hoping anyone else might have experienced it and have an idea what it might be.
I’ve had very little sex drive for years - it comes and goes (mostly goes!). At the moment it’s come back and any time I get aroused I feel an urgent need to wee. I don’t mean when I’m having sex or doing anything sexual (I haven’t for a few months so not sure what will happen when I do), but even if I think about sex. It’s a bit like the early stages of a UTI ( urgency but no pain, and often when you go there’s not much there) but it’s only when feeling aroused, not in between those times.
Has anyone else had this? I do have endometriosis but haven’t really had any major bladder issues. It’s like my brain is misinterpreting the signals of something? Does this make sense or sound familiar to anyone?
