Hi all, first time poster here šŸ‘‹šŸ¼ I’m just after a bit of advice/feel like I need to share and compare. I have just been diagnosed with a moderate cystocele. My symptoms are feeling like I need to pee frequently - sometimes right after I pee! Once I’ve peed, it feels a bit.. weird in there too. Other symptoms are the odd vaginal discomfort, and aching and pulling in my bladder and lower pelvis - a bit like a mild period pain. Does this all sound familiar to fellow cysters (sorry šŸ˜†) I’m a bit of a worrier and I’m concerned that there could be something else going on too. Any physio success stories/exercise advice would be much appreciated too. Thank you

Also just been referred by GP to specialist physio for 'anterior laxity'. Sounds similar to me but like you I'm a bit paranoid something else is going on. I've also had my cycle getting shorter and shorter. GP said physio will do ultrasound and check for fibroids or anything else obvious so hopefully will have clarity by end of month. Appointment with GP was promoted by sneezing! :-(
