I've NC'd for this; I know I shouldn't be embarrassed 🤷‍♀️

Does anyone have and recommend a pelvic floor trainer? I've been suffering from leaks for a while and finally decided to do something about it. Some of them are £150 or more which I am prepared to pay if they are great - but I've rather be certain.

It its relevant I'm 36, I've given birth to two children, I'm over weight.

Squeezy app and a Neen educator from Amazon.

Or a women's health physio appointment - will be much cheaper than the gadget and much more useful!

I bought an elvie, not a good investment for me.
