Constant tugging/tender feeling in left ovary area- what could it be?

As above I’ve had a constant pulling/tender feeling in what I would expect is my left ovary for a few months now.

Originally I assumed I was ovulating but I can’t be ovulating most days for the last 6 months 🤨

We’re trying for a baby too so I’m a bit concerned what the ‘pain‘ is? When I say pain I don’t mean it hurts but I can feel the tugging/tenderness.

Anyone have anything similar?

Possibly a fibroid; but if it's continuous you should get it checked out by a GP.

To add there is nothing untoward other than this. I am late 39’s and still have periods although they seem to be more erratic than when I was younger- although I’ve never needed them keep full track of my period.

I think it was roughly 30 days but I was in contraception for years so hard to tell exactly.

My most recent period was after 25 days and I don’t and a couple months before that was 37 days....
