Lump in labia?

Hey everyone, was wondering if anyone has any similar experiences/ words of reassurance...
I'm 21 and for a few years I've had a VERY moveable lump in the right side of my labia, it's always been the same size (large pea) and never caused me any pain or discomfort. I've plucked up the courage to go to the doctors today and she's referred me to have an ultrasound. She said that it could be a lymph node and it doesn't feel sinister to her. Obviously I've googled (as you do) and it's only coming up with worse case scenariosSad other than the lump I can feel I have no other symptoms at all. The doctor felt a relatively smaller one on the opposite side too. I just keep crying, I have a 16 month old son and the thought of leaving him behind makes me feel illSad I suffer quite badly with health anxiety x
