No period but not pregnant

Hi everyone, I’d really appreciate some advice as I have to wait two weeks to see a doctor.
I had my baby in November by c section and the postpartum bleeding lasted about 6 weeks and was reasonably heavy. Therefore, my first period wasn’t until end Jan. At which point, I began taking cerazette - a progesterone only pill (had taken combined without any problems before pregnancy)
I experienced constant bleeds with cerazette for 3 months and quite a dampened mood so came off it mid April and have not seen any sign of a period since. As we don’t want another baby, we have been super careful and have not has unprotected sex therefore I can’t be pregnant. I’m also not experiencing any discharge at all - it’s like my body has switched off completely! I have no other symptoms at all - I put a couple of stones on when pregnant so have been following SW and losing weight slowly and steadily each week so nothing concerning there but I’m very worried

have you taken a pregnancy test? Contraception isn't 100% guaranteed even if you've been careful.

I’ve done a test and it was negative. The thing is, we have been super super careful (condoms) so I don’t know how I could be pregnant as we are both paranoid about it

I would give your GP a ring as it's been 3 months since you came off the pill. Sudden weight loss can affect your periods but gradual shouldn't. It might just be the combination of having had a baby, gone on the pill, come off the pill, starting losing weight, lockdown causing havoc with your body etc that's just meaning your hormones are taking longer to return to normal but no harm in putting in a phone call to see what they say.
