External haemorrhoids surgery after pregnancy

Hi all,
Has anyone had removal of external piles?
6 months into my pregnancy they started, my baby is now 6 months old and i read they can go away by themselves.they have shrunk slightly but there's actually more appearing. They dont hurt and I dont strain for them to still be popping up! My husband can actually see them when we are intimate and I desperately want them gone.
Any advice please ladies?

Hi, I’ve just found this thread, I just wondered if you got surgery to remove these? I’m in the same position now, had external piles since 6 months and I’m due to give birth anytime now. I’m planning on going to GP once baby is here but wondered what the options are if you don’t mind sharing?
