Mirena coil advice please 😢

Hi ladies I really need some advice. Iv had my mirena coil over 5 years now. I had an appointment in March but it was cancelled.
For the past 2 weeks or so, I’ve had major menstrual cramps, back pain and sometimes it can be really intense.
Could the coil be causing this pain? I’m at my Whitt’s end 😢😟

I guess you're due for a replacement if you've had it for 5 years? It could be your cycle coming back to life?

It’s most definitely due out. It’s 8 months over due out.
I had an appointment but it was cancelled with the pandemic going on.
I’m calling my GP on Monday about having it out with the pain I’ve been having. It feels like I’m my body wants a period but won’t have one.
