Every month in my 'fertile window' I feel so ill. Migraine, exhaustion, diarrhoea, weepy, hot flushes, strange sponges skin. I can't take the pill. But this is really affecting my life, it knocks me out for a couple of days every month. Does anybody else experience this? Is there anything that helps? Thank you!
