Healed stitches after birth

Can anyone tell me if there healed stitches felt tight after they'd healed, sorry for TMI but me and my partner had sex for the first time 10 weeks after birth, the area that had been stitched felt tight and a bit sore. Is this normal? My first baby so I have no idea :( the stitches were right at the bottom of the opening so it could just be the position of them? I feel silly posting this but we're all women eh! Grin thanks in advance xx

I definitely found this, had an episiotomy and it was all quite tight down there the first few times!! Definitely gets better the more times we’ve done the deed. Also if you’re breastfeeding it doesn’t help because things get a bit dry so use a lot of lube Blush
