Period, discharge & pain in vagina

I have been having VERY light vaginal bleeding for the last 2-3 months only when I wipe and only occasionally, also some times I have been having more discharge for a few days no odour or colour similar to being pregnant I also get random short pains on the inside of my vagina occasionally nothing constant!

I have the implant for contraception so don't have regular periods, had a light short period in Jan.I had my second baby last October ! Is this normal or should I try and see a GP?

Period was meant to say blood! I am also exhausted from DS getting up early every day 🙃

I also have this. But I don't have the implant. I spot in my discharge randomly. I'm having hormones tested on day 3 of my period. Hoping for answer!
