Odd sensations in stomach - not pregnant!

Over the past week I've been feeling flutters in my stomach, just like a baby kicking/moving.

I am DEFINITELY not pregnant. My stomach is big at the moment (I've put on weight all over tbf). I have no other related issues such as digestive issues, wind, hernia or pain etc - apart from extreme tiredness which I've put down to the peri menopause (I'm 45)

I've googled this and it came up with an article about a woman who experienced the same and had aggressive ovarian cancer 😱

Please can anyone suggest alternatives to why this is happening?

I get this too but never know why ...just assume it's wind

Endometriosis? Not always painful

I get that sensation and it's usually trapped wind and it feels bloody awful.

Peppermint tea helps, though.

Thank you! It's a bit unnerving! Will give peppermint tea a go

yes, I've had this. Do you mean very low down?
I had an ultra sound scan last year for something unrelated and they said ovaries and everything were fine if that helps put your mind at rest.
