I hope you can advise. I've been bleeding on and off for the last 4 weeks, and the last few weeks I've had some fresh blood which is bright red, alongside some pretty heavy clotting (sorry for the grossness). I did miss a few pills and am wondering if I've had a miscarriage or if this is because I've changed pill (onto microgynon) or if this is a sign of something more serious. I'm currently abroad and quite reluctant to see a doctor as the healthcare is not brilliant and the current situation, so any advice or previous experience of similar would be really appreciated.
